Fraser wanted to make SuperJam the healthiest jam possible.
Luckily he’d done his homework. He discovered that so-called
‘Super Fruits’ – like blueberries and cranberries – contain
naturally
high levels of antioxidants and vitamins (as well as
tasting great!). So Fraser decided to use only Super Fruits
in his jam…
Instead of adding lots of refined sugar to his recipes, Fraser
decided he would only use natural fruit juices to sweeten
them and definitely wouldn’t add any artificial sweeteners.
